Refund/Replacements – If products arrive damaged, opened or in worse cases, CONTAMINATED 🦠! We will replace your items for free. You must provide proof of your order by emailing us @ our email – Mushlove@sporedaddy.net with pictures/videos of evidence of your product being damaged or contaminated with your name and order number included. Refunds are accepted if you cancel your order before your order has shipped.
We will only replace your order within the first 30 days after receiving your order. If it has been over 30 days we will not replace.
