Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the destination and shipping method selected.


International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.
